How to reach 1winsng.ng and what to write about
1winsng.ng is an independent review site run by people, not by 1win. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything we have published. If your money or your account is involved, you need 1win itself, and below we explain how to reach it and what happened when we tried.
You can reach 1winsng.ng by e-mail at [email protected], the one address we use for readers, corrections and cooperation. We do not publish a phone number or office address, so please send everything to that inbox.
Our reviews are written by Alex Reed, our casino and betting reviewer. Most of the facts in them come from checks of 1win.ng done on 08.10.2026 on an Android phone. Operators change bonus terms and payment lists often, so a figure that was correct in October can go out of date. If you see a mismatch, tell us. For example, our review lists a minimum bonus deposit of ₦1,000 and a x30 wager. If the cashier now shows something different, send us a screenshot and the date you saw it. We check the claim and update the page.
We also welcome questions about how we tested something, or why a review says what it says. Partnership and advertising enquiries go to the same address.
We are not 1win and cannot touch your account
1winsng.ng is not the operator. We cannot see, open, verify or unblock any 1win account, and we have no access to deposits or withdrawals. The operator of 1win.ng is BID Entertainment Limited, which cites Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board licence No. OYSGB/CASB/2592001 in its footer.
Please do not send us passwords, card numbers, BVN, ID scans or bank statements. We cannot do anything with them, and e-mailing them anywhere is a risk. If a withdrawal is stuck or a KYC check has stalled, only 1win can move it forward. We are happy to hear about your experience afterwards, because real player reports help us keep our reviews honest.
Who we are and how we test operators is explained on our About Us page.
1winsng.ng is published by its own independent editorial team; details are on our About the publisher page.
How to contact 1win support, and what our test showed
1win lists a 24/7 live chat with an answer in about 2 minutes, plus Telegram and WhatsApp. In our test on 08.10.2026, the bot replied at once, but a live agent had still not joined 10 minutes after we asked a question at 14:40.

The chat opens with a virtual assistant called “Agent 1win”. It offers categories such as Deposit, Withdrawal, Bonuses and promotions, Personal account | Verification, and Casino and Sports. Picking the right category first saves time. On 08.10 we could not get past the bot. On 07.10 we did get chat answers to two specific questions:
- On verification, support said 1win accepts a passport, driver’s licence or residence permit, and that the check takes 24–72 hours. The rules (section 4.4.3) also ask for proof of address: a utility bill or a bank statement no older than 3 months.
- On cancelling a withdrawal, support said you can do it in your profile on the “Details” page. Tap the “X” next to the amount while the request is still pending.
The e-mail [email protected] is for commercial proposals, not player complaints. 1win has no FAQ or knowledge base, so the chat is your main route. Take screenshots of the conversation and note the time. If you ever need to escalate, a dated record is far more useful than “they ignored me”.
Responsible gambling and where to get help
Gambling on 1win is for adults 18 and over only. 1win offers self-exclusion through a form in account settings or by writing to [email protected], and an excluded account cannot be reopened for at least 6 months.
We found no deposit limit tool on 1win’s responsible gaming page, so you have to set your own limits. Decide on a monthly amount you can lose without missing rent or school fees, and never top up from a loan app to chase losses. If you notice that you are hiding bets from family or betting to win back yesterday’s money, that is the point to stop.
1win’s page links to GamCare, GambleAware, GamblePause and Gamblers Anonymous. Gamblers Anonymous runs meetings and online groups you can join from Nigeria. If you write to us at [email protected] about a gambling problem, we will not lecture you. We will point you to these services, because we are reviewers, not counsellors.
